Management Report - Enrollment (2001)

The Management Report - Enrollment gives a breakdown of counts for enrollment status (for example, Enrolled, Dropped, Waitlisted) as well as various other pieces of information (for example, Disability Status, Income, Medicaid).  

When run in SnapShot Mode, this report displays the exact enrollment numbers for a specific date, or date range. If you run this report for Dropped, Term/Wait, and Completed participants, you will also find the total number of participants who had been enrolled for at least one day during a given period of time.

Setup Options for this Report

 

Report Option	Description
Options Information	Enrolled during a certain date range or enrolled for at least one day during a certain date range.
Grouping/Type Options	Grouping Options: None, Site or Classroom Type Options: Detail or Summary
Date filters?	Yes
Totals?	Yes
Management Report?	Yes
Notes	If you run this report in detailed mode, it will include the names of children.

View the Fields Available on this Report

 

• Disability
• Enrollment Status
• Income Eligible
• Medicaid
• Other Health CoverageOther Health Coverage includes health beneifits that are offered through the military or other organized sources of health care (for example, TriCare, Indian Health Service, or Migrant Health Service).
• Participation Year
• Primary Health CoverageThis field is used to calculate health insurance questions on the PIR. Select Medicaid if the child has been officially certified as eligible for Medicaid paid services; select CHIP if the child has been officially certified as eligible to receive services covered by the State Children's Health Insurance Program; select Private Health Insurance if the child is covered under health insurance held by his/her parents or guardians; select Other if the child has health benefits through the military or another organized source of health care coverage. If you select Other, use the Other Coverage box for notes and comments about the child's health coverage.
